Success Mantra for Screening At SSB!



I have been in a similar position.
This is what you should do buddy, to make sure you are screened in for sure.
  1. Give the Best OIR you can ever give. (For technical entry try to get most answer right & quickly…how? practice!!)
  2. Once you have done the step one right…you are in for some creative thoughts to prevail.
  3. Make a story which is quite related to stimulus shown…even a neutral and matured story is enough.
  4. Read this line clearly. Narrate the story confidently, making eye contact with every candidate possible.
  5. Listen calmly ( All the abrupt heart beats should reach normalcy)
  6. After the last man has narrated the story. All your individual brilliance has been used up also 75% job is done.
  7. Wait for that imp. Few seconds of silence in the room, capture that second and put your point..then quickly withdraw…later contribute again.
  8. Never get into fish market situation, wait calmly! You have done 75% of things right don’t ruin it.
  9. Go for discussion with attitude to allow everyone to speak + to effectively contribute too.

Why in news? Indian PM announced that India had carried out a successful anti-satellite missile test (ASAT), Mission Shakti. What is an anti-satellite missile test? ASAT is the technological capability to hit and destroy satellites in space through missiles launched from the ground. The first anti-satellite test (ASAT) was carried out by the US military way back in 1959. The then Soviet Union followed a year later. Thereafter, the two countries carried out a series of such tests up till early 1980s. After that there was a lull, broken only by the Chinese test in 2007.
